RT9405

2-CH SVID-Controlled Reference Generator

The RT9405 is a universal DAC generator which supports VID on-the-fly function with two different slew rates : Fast and Slow. A Serial VID (SVID) interface is built in the RT9405 to communicate with Intel VR12/VR12.5 compliant CPU. The reference voltage is within 1% accuracy. The RT9405 also provides PSI function compatible with VR12 and VR12.5 specification to improve efficiency. The RT9405 is available in the SOT-23-8 package.
